The Heights Foundation depends on scores of volunteers each year to provide educational and life-changing opportunities for families in the Harlem Heights community. Every one of us can do something to make a difference - mentoring a child, giving to a food drive, repairing a dilapidated house, helping children attend private school, or donating to the Community Center capitial campaign. The opportunities are endless!

"...through love, serve one another." - Galatians 5:13

"The Heights Foundation has touched the lives of many families through their generosity and consistent devotion to the kids in the Harlem Heights neighborhood. Many children have experienced the joy of summer camp and field trips that otherwise would not have been possible. A new backpack and school supplies, Thanksgiving turkeys, and Christmas gifts, show love and concern for our children and families that cannot be measured. Volunteers support for our community events such as Make a Difference Day, National Night Out, and the Harlem Heights Festival. The Heights Foundation has worked constantly to fulfill their mission of providing life-changing opportunities for the residents of Harlem Heights. We are grateful for their commitment. We look forward to the opening of the Cultural Arts & Community Center in 2008 - a culmination of years of dedication and hard work."
